Summer of Live Music

After a successful trial of live music last summer we welcome back familier faces and new artists to perform on our stunning outside terrace.  These are free events and tables can be booked in advance for dining.  You are also welcome to just pop along and enjoy the music with a drink or two on the lower lawn.  

Jenny Green - 

Jenny has been in the music business many years now and has recorded two albums.  She has appeared in many Jazz clubs and venues including Ronnie Scott's and Pizza Express, Soho. Jenny is also a Jazz radio presenter for Meridian FM and runs a weekly jazz programme.  jenny runs and hosts the successful East Grinstead Jazz Club and is delighted to be performing at The Middle House to bring you a top class evening.  Jenny will be accompanied by special guests which will be announced on our social media prior to each performance.

John Harriman - 

John is a critically acclaimed Jazz Pianist, Bandleader and Composer.  We are delighted to have him and his band perform at The Middle House.  John's music performance began at the age of 7 as chorister in Westminster Cathedral Choir where he became Head Chorister and then soloist touring with the Royal Opera. His Jazz piano professional playing was honed in California where he lived for a decade and was a graduate at University at Berkeley combining his Jazz performance with a career in law.  In recent years his reputation has leapt to become a leading Jazz pianist with numerous revered artists and vocalists and leading top award winning Afro Cuban Jazz Group Heads South.

The Mayberries - 

The Mayberries are group of local characters who are delighted to be playing at The Middle House.  They will be performing a mellow set of Blues and Americana including classics by BB King, Fleetwood Mac, Van Morrison, The Rolling Stones, Bill Withers and many others.

Jason Lines - 

With 30 years in the entertainment business be sure of an amazing evening.  jason is a professional actor, vocalist and model enjoying a love for screen acting, musical theatre, singing and being infront of a camera. Jason performs all over the UK but is local to The Middle House and we are delighted to welcome him.
